Fill in your consultation form from the comfort of your own home. You will receive a text message a few days before your appointment with a link allowing it to be completed from your mobile. The form will be specific to your treatment, and you may receive more than one depending on what you’ve booked for.
Ordinarily a consultation form would only be completed for repeat appointments every 6 months-1 year, but because we need to check for COVID-19 symptoms it must be completed BEFORE EACH VISIT to the salon . After the first time, your details will be copied across so it will be quick and easy to do. Just the same if you’re completing more than one form at the same time for a range of treatments.
Some of the consultation forms include a section on patch testing. If you have been to the salon before for the same treatment and your medical history hasn’t changed, you do not need to get a patch test done. The system won’t let you proceed if this section is blank so enter the date two days previous to receipt of your text. This will allow you to submit and we will let you know once it’s time to update your test. If you have never had treatments such as waxing, tinting and HD Brows with us before, get in touch because a patch test will be necessary so we can perform your treatment.
