After 15 wonderful years of offering gift vouchers, we have made the difficult decision to pause any further voucher sales for the foreseeable future. We are incredibly grateful for the support and demand over the years, but unfortunately we are now working at full capacity and are no longer able to cope with the volume of requests. In order to continue providing the best possible service and to fully accommodate and honour the vouchers already sold, we feel this is the most responsible decision at this time.
We are still offering the same treatments, and continue to provide an online booking system, and we will of course be accommodating all the vouchers already sold. If your voucher is expiring soon and you are struggling to get booked in, we can extend the date to enable use.
We understand this news may be disappointing to many of our loyal customers who have supported us throughout the years, and we appreciate your understanding, patience and continued support. Hopefully this measure will be short term to allow us to cope with demand based on our current staffing levels.
