We are thrilled to let you know that we are opening on Tuesday 7th July!! We cannot wait to welcome you through the doors of the salon for a much needed pamper and catch up.
Appointments and amendments can now be made online or via the Sanctuary-by-the-sea App. Make sure everything you need is booked as we are unlikely to have time to provide additional treatments once you arrive.
With all our safety precautions in place we hope to offer the majority of our treatments, but be aware that any appointment you book may have to be changed if guidelines are updated. We appreciate your understanding if the time of your appointment is also changed to allow for cleaning and sanitation. Appointments may be limited initially because of new safety, hygiene and distancing measures but our priority is to make you feel safe and relaxed once you enter the salon. Hopefully it will not be long until we are back to full capacity with further relaxation of restrictions. Can we urge anyone who had made an appointment previously to check the date and time and cancel if no longer needed.
For any of you lucky enough to have a gift voucher, we are extending the expiry date to take into account the salon closure.
Please make sure all your contact details are up-to-date as it is vital we can contact you in advance of your appointment. There is additional information on the confirmation email you will receive after you make a booking so please read this carefully and keep an eye on your inbox for further updates.
