Before your appointment
-You will need a patch test if you haven’t had one of the following treatments for more than three months or if there have been any changes to your medical history eg Covid vaccine. We will not be able to carry out your treatment if your patch test isn’t up-to-date (call into salon at least 48 hours before your appointment)

-Please check the time of your appointment in your reminder text/ email as it may have changed by up to 30 minutes to comply with social distancing/ sanitising procedures.
-Complete your digital consultation form. Get in touch if you haven’t received one
-Let us know if you have had any Covid related symptoms or have tested positive/ self-isolating in past 10 days
-If any appointments are no longer needed please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a penalty
Arriving at the salon
-Please arrive alone for your appointment at the designated time and wear a mask
-Be patient if you have to wait outdoors
-Sanitise your hands as you enter. You will be asked to wash your hands also
-Limit your personal items, but bring your phone as we may need you to wait in the car.
Your treatment
-Your therapist will greet you in PPE. It is still a friendly face underneath it all!
-Treatment rooms are cleaned and sanitised between each client, and communal areas regularly disinfected
-Disposable products are used where possible and reusable implements disinfected
-Your treatment will be explained and made as enjoyable as always
After your treatment
-If the reception area is busy please maintain your distance from other customers and kindly wait to be looked after
-If you are being collected, ask your lift to be on time. Bring flip flops if you are having a pedicure
-Please pay by card or contactless method
-We urge you to book future appointments online. The receptionist will be more than happy to help but may need to phone you at a later time
