We are glad to be reopening the salon on Friday 20th November. Like before, Covid restrictions may be extended with short notice so this date is subject to change. Our online booking facility is live and any deposit already paid will be transferred to your next treatment.
We are going to be short staffed when we reopen. Best wishes to Gillian who is starting her maternity leave earlier than planned. If you are struggling to get an appointment please email us on info@sanctuary-by-the-sea.co.uk or send a message through Facebook and we will add you to our cancellation list. Please provide us with information about the treatment you would like, the days/ times of when you can attend and your phone number. The appointments in our diary are changeable especially during the current situation so what appears to be fully booked may become available.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible to free up time for other clients and to avoid a fee. Details of our cancellation policy can be found here.
