We are happy to be welcoming Gillian back from maternity leave on 15th October. It will be fantastic to have her back in the salon again, and great news for all her clients not to mention the extra and much needed appointment availability!
Our diary is now open until the end of November with December hours coming soon. From 14th October we will be opening on Mondays from 9.30am-5.30pm, as well as Tuesday evenings until 9.00pm.
We are making changes to the way we take deposits for appointments. Anyone who books online will be aware of the small deposit paid to secure a booking. This will be moving to a bigger 20% deposit both online and when you book an appointment in the salon or over the phone (existing bookings not affected). This is due to the rate of no-show or last minute cancellations resulting in wasted appointments. Not only is this disappointing for us, but frustrating for all the clients who struggle to get booked in for the treatments they enjoy. The 24 Cancellation Policy is still in place (48 hours for treatments over 2 hours), and deposits will automatically be refunded to the card they were paid with if appointments are cancelled with adequate notice. Unfortunately there is no facility for using a gift voucher for making a deposit online, but you can contact us with your voucher number and we can use this to secure your booking. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope you enjoy the benefit of paying a bit more upfront and having less to pay on the day!
